1. Accommodation & meal service conditions<\/p>\n

1.1. Mandatory nature and purpose<\/p>\nThe regulation of interior order and use of accommodation space, restaurant and terrace is mandatory for all visitors of Hotel & SPA YARA, in all spaces on the property of Hotel & SPA YARA, including:
\n\u2013 on the access road;
\n\u2013 in all external spaces of the YARA Hotel & SPA;
\n\u2013 in the parking lot and in the waiting area at the entrance (reception area).
\nHOTEL & SPA YARA is a space for relaxation where every visitor can fully benefit from leisure, relaxation and fun. The purpose of this Regulation of internal order and use of swimming pools is to ensure the safety of people and property, order and cleanliness.\n

1.2. Program, admission, entry<\/p>\n

The reception schedule is between 00.00-24.00. To get in touch with the responsible staff, you can also contact the number 0750858580. Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and the room is checked out by 11:00 a.m. If the room is released after this time, 100% is paid from the price of the room on the respective day (up to 3 hours). Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette) is prohibited inside the hotel, otherwise the penalty is 1000 ron. If the fire alarm is triggered for this reason, material damages will be paid which will be determined in court. This action involves the intervention of the competent authorities. It is not allowed to use electrical appliances in the hotel rooms (microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee filter, kettle, etc.) as there is a risk of fire\/short circuit. In case of non-compliance with this point, action will be taken accordingly.<\/p>\n

Any accident caused as a result of improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with this regulation is the guest's responsibility.<\/p>\n

The hotel complex does not charge the parking fee and does not assume responsibility for any problems that may arise (theft from\/from cars, damages due to wrong maneuvers, etc.) Drug consumption is strictly prohibited within the hotel perimeter.<\/p>\n

The schedule of the restaurant and the terrace is 07.30 - 22.00. In this interval, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Guests are not served outside of the schedule. Guests must leave the restaurant premises outside of opening hours. We would like to inform you that in the public spaces (terrace\/restaurant\/spa) it is forbidden to consume your own drinks and food or food brought from outside the hotel. In case of violation of these rules, the guest in question and the partners will be excluded from the property with the cancellation of the stay and non-reimbursement of the funds with which the stay was paid.<\/p>\n

It is not allowed to leave the restaurant with dishes.<\/p>\n

    \n2.1. Mandatory nature and purpose The regulation of internal order and use of swimming pools and attractions is mandatory for all visitors to Hotel & SPA YARA, in all spaces on the property of Hotel & SPA YARA, including:
    \n\u2013 on the access road;
    \n\u2013 in all external spaces of the YARA Hotel & SPA;
    \n\u2013 in the parking lot and in the waiting area at the entrance (reception area).
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA is a space for relaxation where every visitor can fully benefit from leisure, relaxation and fun. The purpose of this Regulation of internal order and use of swimming pools is to ensure the safety of people and property, order and cleanliness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nIn order to benefit from the YARA HOTEL & SPA facilities, you, as a visitor, must accept and comply with the rules set forth in these Regulations. If you do not agree with any of the YARA HOTEL & SPA rules, please do not enter the premises. By reserving the room\/presenting at the check-in or paying the entrance ticket (respectively from the moment of receiving the access bracelet) you, as a visitor of HOTEL & SPA YARA (either inside the building or in the adjacent spaces including the parking lot), express your the consent regarding the present Regulation of interior order and use of the swimming pools and you undertake to unconditionally comply with all the rules set out below, which it is assumed and assumed that you have read and gone through carefully, simply by entering HOTEL & SPA YARA. Your expression of consent by receiving the access wristband gives rise to a contract between you and the company that manages HOTEL & SPA YARA, under the terms of these Regulations.
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA staff only have the right and have neither the obligation nor the possibilities, considering the large number of visitors, to ensure the compliance of this regulation by the visitors. Consequently, visitors are responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with the regulation \u2013 liability for non-compliance and its effects being borne by them. At the request of visitors, HOTEL & SPA YARA staff guides them.
    \nIn particular, you, as a visitor, declare that you understand and accept that the use of the facilities within HOTEL & SPA YARA (saunas, pools, salt mine, etc.) involves risks specific to the activities and that you understand and accept that, due to this risk inherent in sports activities, it is possible to get injured within HOTEL & SPA YARA. In such cases, you accept that HOTEL & SPA YARA is only liable for those damages to your life, body or health that occurred as a direct result of an action or omission by HOTEL & SPA YARA. By expressing your consent to these Conditions, you also declare that your health is good or at least suitable for activities.
    \nParents, guardians and accompanying persons who take care of children or other persons (persons without discernment, etc.) are responsible for compliance with the regulation by children and persons under their care or supervision.\n

    2.2. Program, admission, entry<\/p>\nIn all areas accessible to vehicles on the YARA Hotel & SPA property - access roads, parking - it is mandatory to comply with all the traffic rules provided for in the Romanian legislation in force (the Highway Code is respected). In particular, the following are prohibited:
    \n- failure to observe the meaning of road signs;
    \n\u2013 parking or standing on the green space or in any other places other than those specially arranged;
    \n\u2013 blocking the access ways;
    \n\u2013 throwing waste or objects from vehicles.
    \nThe use of the parking lot is provided exclusively for HOTEL & SPA YARA visitors and can be used half an hour before opening time and half an hour after closing time.
    \nAll the rules provided in this regulation are also applicable on the access roads, in the parking lot and in the spaces in front of the cash registers including: any uncivilized or inappropriate behavior is prohibited (throwing papers or gum on the floor, etc.) and physical and verbal violence are prohibited.
    \nThe public opening hours of UI HOTEL & SPA YARA are established by the management of the company and are publicly displayed in the entrance hall and on the website. The duration of access depends on the rates paid. In case of exceeding the duration paid in advance, the corresponding additional amount will be paid later, before leaving the premises. Access to the complex is allowed no later than an hour and a half before the closing time of that day. HOTEL & SPA YARA closing time is the time at which you must leave the premises. The hours of use of the swimming pools, slides, saunas and wave pool end 30 minutes before closing time and you must therefore leave these areas at that time.
    \nCenytrul Hotel & SPA YARA reserves the right to temporarily limit\/restrict the access of cars to the parking area as well as the access of people to the premises if the maximum operating capacity has been reached. This measure is required to offer visitors the most relaxing and completely safe experience within the YARA Hotel & SPA.
    \nThe management of the company can at any time limit the use and offers of HOTEL & SPA YARA, in whole or in part (e.g. technical faults, cleaning, technical overhaul). In such cases, you cannot request reductions or refunds of the entrance fee, nor raise any other material claims. Also, if certain areas of the premises are closed due to photo shoots, events, classes or the like, there is no right to a refund or reduction of the entrance fee.
    \nWhen entering HOTEL & SPA YARA, you must ensure that you have a bathing suit, towel and slippers\/flip-flops, separate from those you are wearing - before entering, HOTEL & SPA YARA staff has the right to check that you have them . In the HOTEL & SPA YARA you can rent proposop, for a fee.
    \nFor safety reasons, the areas within the YARA HOTEL & SPA premises are partially monitored with video cameras. The records can be accessed, only in case of suspicion, by the persons authorized according to the applicable regulations and by the police. They serve the safety and protection of the property of visitors, as well as HOTEL & SPA YARA.
    \nPersons who, due to serious physical or mental disabilities, are helpless or require supervision may visit HOTEL & SPA YARA only in the presence of an adult accompanying person. This rule is also valid for people suffering from fainting attacks, cramps or epilepsy, as well as for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
    \nChildren under the age of 14 who are not accompanied by an adult are not allowed. In the case of all minors (under and over 14 years old), the responsibility for damages or accidents caused by them as well as for compliance with the regulations is borne by the parents, respectively, in their absence, by the guardian, even if the parents or guardian do not accompany the child. Parents are directly responsible for the safety and supervision of children and are required to read and explain to children the instructions of attractions, including slides. The access of children up to 16 years old is NOT allowed in the SPA area. HOTEL & SPA YARA staff has the right to ask any HOTEL & SPA YARA visitor for an identification document or other proof of age, in order to verify the fulfillment of the access conditions.
    \nAccess to non-swimmers is prohibited unless accompanied by a person who can swim. The accompanying person will closely supervise the non-swimmer.
    \nAccess to YARA HOTEL & SPA is prohibited for people suffering from contagious diseases, people with open wounds, skin rashes or diseases that may offend the public.
    \nAccess to persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs is prohibited.
    \nIt is forbidden to temporarily leave the premises, after the cash registers or through areas not intended for traffic, except in justified cases of short duration, which are authorized by the personnel from the houses (objects left in the car, etc.). Temporarily leaving the premises to smoke is prohibited.
    \nAccess with animals of any kind is prohibited.
    \nAccess to YARA HOTEL & SPA is prohibited with:
    \na) Pistols, firearms and any other weapons \u2013 any object capable or apparently capable of launching projectiles or causing injury, such as (by way of example): all firearms, compressed air, ball, industrial, signal weapons (guns , revolvers, carbines, rifles, etc.); copies and imitation firearms; crossbows; catapults; harpoons; paralyzing or neutralizing devices; taser weapons; lighters in the shape of a firearm, etc.
    \nb) Pointed\/edged weapons and sharp objects \u2013 any pointed or bladed object that can cause injury, such as (for example): axes\/axemen; darts and darts; crampons\/skates; spears; hammers; hacksaws with blades of any length; knives; machetes; razors and blades; swords, swords; scissors with blades longer than 6 cm; craft tools that can be used as weapons, such as drills and drill bits, cutters, utility knives, saws, screwdrivers, pickaxes, hammers, cutters, spanners, socket and adjustable wrenches, torches; glass products.
    \nc) Blunt instruments - any blunt instrument capable of causing injuries, such as: clubs; clubs, sticks, clubs, paddles, cues, fishing rods, equipment specific to martial arts.
    \nd) Explosive or flammable substances - any explosive or flammable substance that poses a risk to the health of visitors, such as: ammunition; detonating objects and fuses; explosives; grenades; gas containers; fireworks; pyrotechnic articles (including firecrackers and firecrackers); fumes, fuels such as petrol, diesel.
    \ne) Chemical and toxic substances \u2013 any chemical or toxic substances that pose a risk to the health of visitors, such as: acids and alkaloids, corrosive substances, mercury, chlorine; paralyzing or neutralizing sprays; radioactive materials; poisons; infectious or biological hazardous substances \u2013 infected blood, bacteria, viruses.
    \nVisitors will leave luggage\/objects not intended for relaxation in the personal changing rooms. Access to relaxation areas, beyond the showers, is not permitted. Access with a bag\/handbag is only allowed to the companions of children aged 0-3 years for items intended for the care of those children.
    \nThere are no refunds of amounts paid and no compensation for admission or other services or products already paid for. The monetary value is not returned and vouchers or other documents allowing access that are lost or not used within the deadline are not replaced. When you order a service or product (including food\/beverage), you have the obligation to check what is written on the receipt related to the order; subsequent complaints are not considered.
    \nYou, as a visitor, have the obligation to ensure that you meet the conditions to be able to benefit from access and the various services of HOTEL & SPA YARA and know the rules of the Complex (for example \u2013 you have a bathing suit, you are of the required age to use a certain YARA Hotel & SPA facility, etc.). It is your obligation as a visitor to inform yourself about the specific additional rates for moving from one area of HOTEL & SPA YARA to another, as well as the additional rates for various services and products. Amounts paid for the reason that you did not know a certain rule or condition of using the facilities are not refunded.
    \nEach visitor must keep the access bracelet and borrowed items in such a way as to avoid their loss. The access bracelet will be worn on the wrist during the entire stay, including during the bathrooms, and will not be left unattended. Failure to comply with these provisions implies, in case of loss, culpable conduct on the part of the visitor. Proof of the proper fulfillment of the retention obligation will be made, in case of litigation, by the visitor. At the end of the visit, the bracelet is handed over to the house by the person who wore it (several bracelets cannot be handed over by one person)
    \nIn case of loss or destruction of the bracelet, a compensation of 200 lei will be paid. In case of damage\/loss of a borrowed towel, a compensation of 85 lei will be paid. Loss\/damage charges are shown in the current price list.
    \nThe purchase of the right of entry gives the right of access only to the area for which the ticket was purchased and does not give free rights to other areas or to additional services or programs (such as towel, food, drink, etc., these must be purchased separately). The facilities located in a certain area of HOTEL & SPA YARA are intended exclusively for visitors who have purchased access rights for that area and cannot be used by other visitors (for example, the SPA area).
    \nIn the YARA HOTEL & SPA Complex, no reservations are made regarding the Complex's facilities, with the exceptions expressly provided on the website or in the promotional materials (for example, reservations for massage services are allowed). The access fee does not guarantee the availability of a sunbed, as they may be occupied within the limits of the available seats.
    \nIn certain areas, properly marked, it is forbidden to occupy a sunbed without being present (eg: it is not allowed to reserve by placing a towel or object). In such areas you are required to vacate the sunbed (i.e. remove your belongings from the sunbed) if you leave it unused for any length of time. In the respective areas, if you leave personal belongings on or near the sunbed without being present, you expressly agree that HOTEL & SPA YARA staff has the right to take the goods left by you on or near the sunbed and place them and leave them at storage points specifically intended for these goods. Storage points for goods taken from sunbeds are located near the respective sunbeds and will be marked accordingly.\n

    2.3. Rules of conduct<\/p>\nVisitors must behave in such a way that the safety, tranquility, order and cleanliness of the YARA HOTEL & SPA premises are not endangered.
    \nAttractions and facilities (eg slides, playgrounds, saunas, etc.) can only be used during their special hours. The instruction plates of all attractions and the requests of the staff will be respected. It is also mandatory to comply with the existing special regulations for certain facilities (slides, playgrounds, saunas, etc.), which are brought to your attention through a display at the respective facility.
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA warns you that there is an increased risk of slipping throughout the premises. Every visitor must be aware of the increased risk of accidents in the premises due to wet surfaces. That's why visitors will have increased attention in the pool and bathroom areas.
    \nFor this reason, visitors will permanently and obligatorily wear non-slip (non-slip) slippers in all areas of the SPA. Parents and accompanying persons who take care of other people or children will ensure that the children and the people under their care or supervision wear non-slip slippers. If you, as a visiting customer, do not comply with this rule, you assume all damages and losses caused by non-compliance and exempt HOTEL & SPA YARA from any liability. After changing in the changing rooms, in all areas of HOTEL & SPA YARA it is not allowed to wear street shoes or shoes that have been worn outside. No shoes are worn in the sauna areas, and in the case of climbing with your feet on the tiered benches, a towel will be used under your feet.
    \nDepending on the number of visitors present in the premises, HOTEL & SPA YARA staff will decide on the possibility of using sports, play or animation objects (balls, diving equipment, etc.). If the HOTEL & SPA YARA staff informs you that the use of a sports, play or entertainment object is not allowed, you will have to comply.
    \nIf you, as a visitor, find the cabin, changing room or any other space with cleanliness problems, you must notify the staff immediately.
    \nThe changing cabins will usually be used by one person.
    \nEvery visitor to the YARA HOTEL & SPA is obliged to use the showers immediately after entering the SPA area, regardless of whether or not they use the YARA SPA facilities.
    \nIn the various areas of HOTEL & SPA YARA, appropriate clothing for that area will be used, as follows:
    \n- in all areas of SPA YARA, except for the area of the changing rooms, it is strictly forbidden to wear street\/outdoor clothes. Also, starting from the Reception area, access with a bathing suit that has been worn outside the HOTEL & SPA YARA is prohibited;
    \n- in the swimming pool areas it is allowed to wear light clothes, without entering the pool
    \n- access to the water in the swimming pool is done only in a bathing suit;
    \nThe following items of clothing (example list) are NOT bathing suits:
    \n-underwear (panties, underwear of any other kind), stockings of any kind;
    \n- shorts of any type, t-shirt, tank top;
    \n-clothes (shorts, blouses, jeans, overalls, suits, etc.) from the following materials: Corduroy, Jeans material, Denim, Flannel, Hemp cloth, Leather, Linen cloth, Seersucker cotton (crepe), Silk, towel, Velvet, Wool, Jeans material. Cotton swim shorts and bathing suits are allowed.
    \n-clothes (shorts, blouses, jeans, overalls, suits, etc.) intended for other activities or sports, including those made of synthetic materials such as Spandex, Acrylic, Nylon Synthetic silk (eng. rayon) (examples: cycling suits, soccer equipment, etc) The following items of clothing CONSTITUTE a bathing suit:
    \n- special briefs for bathing\/swimming
    \n- special shorts for bathing\/swimming
    \n-swimsuit
    \nIn case of violation of this rule, HOTEL & SPA YARA staff will ask you to leave the pool or will deny you access to the slide.
    \n- in the saunas it is forbidden to wear clothes except bathing suits and it is mandatory to use a towel.
    \nAccess to the restaurant in the SPA area (sauna area) is mandatory with a towel and flip flops (pool slippers), in a bathing suit or T-shirt.
    \nTopless exposure is not allowed in HOTEL & SPA YARA.
    \nThe use of soap or other body cleansers or body creams outside the shower stalls is not permitted. Massage with a brush or the use of exfoliants are not allowed inside the Complex for reasons of hygiene. Body care procedures using substances and\/or hair removal devices are not allowed.
    \nAccess to the pool with long hair down is not allowed (it is recommended to use a swimming cap or at least hold your hair).
    \nChildren up to 3 years old must wear special bath diapers in the pool. Children up to 5 years old must wear fins in swimming pools.
    \nStrollers for children will be left in the specially arranged space, not being allowed access with a stroller to the relaxation areas, starting from the exit from the changing rooms.
    \nIt is forbidden to block doors (especially emergency exit doors) or ventilation openings on glazed facades with sunbeds, bags, towels or other objects.
    \nTaking into account the need for silence of all visitors, shouting, cursing and aggressive tone are prohibited in the entire premises of HOTEL & SPA YARA. Also, silence will be maintained throughout the bathing and relaxation area, as well as in the saunas and steam rooms.
    \nExpressions of affection must be decent and without disturbing the people around. Intimate interactions are punishable by banning access - without refunding the value of the entrance tickets already paid - and, if necessary, the competent authorities will be notified.
    \nAlcohol intoxication (dizziness, drunkenness) is prohibited, reasonable consumption of alcohol is allowed. HOTEL & SPA YARA reserves the right to limit or refuse the serving of alcohol on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances, as well as to prohibit intoxicated persons from consuming alcohol and to evict them from the premises - ( and in the case of jeopardizing or disturbing the activities of other visitors, they will not be refunded the value of the entrance fees already paid).
    \nEach visitor is obliged to behave in such a way that other visitors are not disturbed. .
    \nGatherings of people are prohibited, except for people who live together.
    \nRespiratory hygiene is mandatory (cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a disposable handkerchief, which will be immediately thrown in the trash can).
    \nSpitting or blowing your nose into the pool is prohibited. If necessary, use the toilet for these purposes before entering the pool, after which hands will be washed with soap and water or disinfected with hydroalcoholic solution.\n

    2.4. Use of the sauna and body therapy and massage rooms<\/p>\nVisitors will not use the sauna for more than 10 minutes. Prolonged exposure in the sauna can cause nausea, dizziness and fainting and for people with health problems serious accidents.
    \nAccess to the sauna is not allowed with shoes, clothes, food or drinks.
    \nPhones, tablets or devices with a Lithium-Ion battery must be left outside the sauna. There is a risk of explosion or contamination with harmful elements that can be inhaled by clients in the sauna. Sports watches and fitness bracelets can only be used if they have certificates certifying resistance to water and high temperatures.
    \nSlippers will be left outside at the entrance to the saunas.
    \nIn the saunas, a towel large enough for the whole body (including under the feet) will be used, to avoid any kind of contamination of the benches. Alternatively, two towels can be used, one for the body and one for under the feet.
    \nAll metal jewelry (gold, silver, etc.) must be removed before entering the sauna.
    \nPlaces in the sauna are not reserved. Unattended or intentionally left objects in the sauna will be removed by authorized personnel.
    \nAccess to the sauna is done at your own risk and is prohibited for people with cardiovascular problems, with febrile conditions, with low or high blood pressure, with severe cardiovascular or bronchopulmonary conditions, under the influence of alcoholic beverages, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants , narcotics or tranquilizers, etc., as well as pregnant or menstruating women. As a rule, only perfectly healthy people can use saunas. If in doubt, consult a doctor first to avoid possible complications.
    \nAs in the rest of the premises, during the use of the sauna you have the obligation to follow the instructions in the regulations, those displayed as well as those of the specialized staff.
    \nMinors under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Sauna area. The use of the sauna is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
    \nFor proper hygiene, showering is mandatory both before and after access to the saunas, and entering the sauna will only be done after you have dried off.
    \nAfter the sauna session follows the cooling part and return to the body's normal temperature. After each sauna entry, cool off in one of the showers in the vicinity of the saunas, to bring your body temperature back to normal parameters and get your blood moving.
    \nIt is forbidden to bring and use your own infusion solutions in the saunas. Infusions will be made only by the specialized staff of HOTEL & SPA YARA.
    \nAfter finishing the sauna, including the necessary cooling stage, visitors will cover themselves with a bathrobe or a towel. Traditionally in saunas there are special conditions, such as high temperatures, high humidity, diffused light, stepped benches and various heat sources. They require extra attention from visitors.
    \nTechnical equipment (e.g. radiators, vents, heaters\/stoves in saunas, protective grills and thermometers) must not be covered with objects\/towels (risk of fire!).
    \nThe customer has the obligation to declare the state of health, the prescribed medication and\/or the chronic diseases he suffers from. By purchasing the massage service, the client is responsible for the stated state of health.\n

    2.5. Special provisions<\/p>\nTHE following ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the HOTEL & SPA YARA:
    \n\u2022 screaming, aggressive tone, shouting.
    \n\u2022 swearing and indecent expressions\/gestures.
    \n\u2022 any manifestations of physical violence (including "in play", pushing\/bumping other visitors, etc.).
    \n\u2022 access with any kind of accessories (electronic equipment, cameras including GoPro type).
    \n\u2022 access to swimming pools with T-shirts. Special swim shirts made of neoprene or similar materials are allowed.
    \n\u2022 using mobile phones in a way that disturbs other people (eg talking loudly or taking pictures of other people without their permission).
    \n\u2022 mobile phone access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi or sauna.
    \n\u2022 access with cameras to film, photograph or record in the pool or on the slides.
    \n\u2022 professionally photographing and filming as well as photographing and filming other people if it disturbs these other people or violates their rights. You are solely responsible for violating the rights of others in such cases.
    \n\u2022 pulling palm trees or their leaves, climbing palm trees, breaking artificial ornamental plants
    \n\u2022 soiling of bathing areas and swimming pools (eg urinating and other excretions in bathing water, rinsing glasses, washing cosmetic masks, etc.).
    \n\u2022 blocking emergency exits with sunbeds or other objects.
    \n\u2022 walking barefoot in front of wardrobes.
    \n\u2022 access with street clothes or shoes to the showers as well as to the entire relaxation area.
    \n\u2022 shaving or dyeing your hair.
    \n\u2022 pedicure or manicure
    \n\u2022 bringing food or drinks (alcoholic\/non-alcoholic) into the premises, as well as objects prohibited by regulation
    \n\u2022 cooling with food or drinks from one area to another of the premises.
    \n\u2022 consuming food or beverages in the pool, except for consuming beverages within a 2-meter zone around the pool bar.
    \n\u2022 bringing weapons or tools into the premises.
    \n\u2022 spitting on the floor or in the bath water.
    \n\u2022 smoking, including outside (incl. of electronic cigarettes). The exception is the places specially arranged with ashtrays for smokers, in the outer areas of the premises.
    \n\u2022 entering or exiting the pools through other than the entrance steps and stairs. This rule is valid due to the danger of injury when attempting to access the edges of pools and their covered areas. In the wave pool, access via the access ladder is only allowed when the wave facility is not operating. The instructions on the wave pool placards will be followed.
    \n\u2022 leaving towels, robes, t-shirts or other objects on the support bars.
    \n\u2022 jumping off the edge of pools or pushing or throwing other people into the water.
    \n\u2022 performing gymnastic exercises on access stairs or support bars.
    \n\u2022 wearing flip flops or swimming pads in the water.
    \n\u2022 the use of mattresses or other play equipment in the water.
    \n\u2022 bringing into the premises and using radios, TVs, musical or signaling instruments, board games or other noisy games, binoculars, loudspeakers.
    \n\u2022 distribution of any advertising materials, including in the parking lot.
    \n\u2022 organizing money collections of any kind.
    \n\u2022 bathing in the river around the Complex.
    \n\u2022 using in any way the YARA HOTEL & SPA facilities (including the related land) for commercial, illegal and other inappropriate purposes.
    \nFood and drinks served only in bars and restaurants can be consumed exclusively in the specially designed restaurant areas, on the terraces, in the outside or bar areas. Drinks in unbreakable plastic, polycarbonate or cardboard containers can also be consumed in the deckchair areas.\n

    2.7. Liability<\/p>\nAll YARA HOTEL & SPA facilities and facilities will be used with care by visitors.
    \nEach visitor is liable for damages caused by his actions or behavior, such as improper use, soiling or damage to HOTEL & SPA YARA facilities. Also, each visitor is liable for any damages they cause to third parties (including injury to other visitors).
    \nParents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by children, according to civil law.
    \nEXCEPT FOR THE CASES OF MANDATORY LIABILITY (SET OUT BELOW) AND EXCEPT FOR ANY OTHER MANDATORY CAUSES PROVIDED BY LAW, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOTEL & SPA YARA SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU, AS A VISITOR, FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOU OR YOUR THINGS IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PRESENCE AT HOTEL & SPA YARA OR DUE TO THE USE OF THE FACILITIES AND SERVICES OFFERED BY HOTEL & SPA YARA. HOTEL & SPA YARA is responsible for damages caused to the life, body or health of visitors if they occur as a result of an action or omission by HOTEL & SPA YARA regarding the use of products and services. Correlatively, HOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible for damages caused to your life, body or health as a visitor, if these damages are due to you or if they are caused by your fault or if they are due to other people or are caused by their fault or if the cause is unknown.
    \nIn the case of body or cosmetic treatments, e.g. masks or cosmetic treatments, infusions, etc. HOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible for possible skin irritations caused by them \u2013 it is your responsibility to consult a specialist to find out if these treatments can affect your health. This also applies to clothing stains caused by these treatments.
    \nYou, as a visitor, accept and agree that HOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible for damages, injuries or material damages suffered by you in connection with being present within HOTEL & SPA YARA or in connection with the use of the facilities and services offered by the HOTEL & YARA SPA. E.g:
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible in any way for the theft of your goods on the premises of HOTEL & SPA YARA. YARA HOTEL & SPA visitors are expressly advised not to take valuables into the premises. If, however, a visitor has valuables on him, he is advised to deposit them in the special lockers for valuables. However, HOTEL & SPA YARA states that lockers especially for valuables are a facility offered to customers, and offering them does not imply that HOTEL & SPA YARA is responsible for the contents stored in them. HOTEL & SPA YARA does not assume any responsibility regarding the supervision or guarding of the goods taken by visitors in the premises (including parking). The provisions of this paragraph apply to goods stored in both a locker and a valuables locker. Depositing or leaving money and valuables in the locker or in a locker for valuables provided by the operator does not imply any obligations on the part of HOTEL & SPA YARA regarding the stored items. In particular HOTEL & SPA YARA has no obligation of custody or guarding of the goods. Furthermore, it is strictly the responsibility of the UI HOTEL & SPA YARA visitor to close the locker and\/or valuables locker after use, check its proper closure and keep the key or wristband carefully.
    \n- HOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible in any way for the destruction or damage of your goods in the HOTEL & SPA YARA premises, regardless of how they occur: eg - by dousing with water, falling into pools, falling on foot, etc.
    \n\u2013 HOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible for the vehicles in the parking lot nor for the goods left in the vehicles; for the vehicles parked in the parking spaces, no liability is assumed for damage, destruction or theft of the vehicles by third parties. Both in the parking lot and on all traffic surfaces of HOTEL & SPA YARA, the general traffic code is valid.
    \nHowever, HOTEL & SPA YARA is liable for damages, injuries and material damages that it causes to you intentionally or through gross negligence, or that it causes to you through non-fulfillment of contractual obligations expressly assumed by HOTEL & SPA YARA.
    \nThe operator assumes no responsibility for any discoloration, discoloration or damage to swimwear or jewellery\/watches, as these may occur as a result of the composition of the water (sulfur).
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA is not responsible for damages caused to visitors by cases of force majeure, accidents or malfunctions due to causes other than HOTEL & SPA YARA's fault (e.g. power failure).
    \nVisitors who find items on the premises or in the parking lot will hand them in at the reception. All items forgotten after the end of the program with the public are collected and stored as follows:
    \n- valuables (including, but not limited to: phones, tablets, valuable jewelry, laptops, electronics, sums of money greater than 100 lei, etc.) will be kept for the duration of the legal term of 10 days; after the expiration of the legal term, these goods are handed over to the authorities.
    \n- objects of low value will be kept for a period of 6 months, after which they will be donated to a non-profit association or institution.
    \nYou, as a visitor, agree to the following:
    \n\u2013 you agree to HOTEL & SPA YARA's right to determine which items are or are not of value;
    \n- you agree to the donation of lost objects, as decided by HOTEL & SPA YARA, to a non-profit association or institution, ui HOTEL & SPA YARA being authorized by this contract by you to make this donation.
    \nWhen the cold weather sets in, the use of the facilities may be limited, both in the parking lot and in the outdoor spaces, as well as in the garden area and that of the outdoor swimming pools of HOTEL & SPA YARA. The use of outdoor spaces during the winter is generally at your own risk.\n

    2.8. Denial of access<\/p>\nIf you do not comply with the obligations set out in these regulations, HOTEL & SPA YARA has the right to declare the immediate termination of the contract concluded with you - the termination of the contract takes place at the moment when the HOTEL & SPA YARA staff verbally informs you that you have the obligation to leave the premises, without the need for any other formality and without the intervention of the courts. If the HOTEL & SPA YARA staff considers that your breach of obligations is not serious, you will only receive a warning.
    \nHOTEL & SPA YARA informs you that the following violations of this regulation will IMMEDIATELY lead to the exercise of the right to terminate the contract and the prohibition of your presence within HOTEL & SPA YARA:
    \n\u2022 Any acts of violence or aggression.
    \n\u2022 Verbal aggression of any kind or any other indecent, aggressive or inappropriate manifestations against ladies.
    \n\u2022 Yelling, aggressive tone, high tone, noise.
    \n\u2022 Swearing and indecent expressions\/gestures.
    \n\u2022 Endangering safety and order.
    \n\u2022 Disturbing other visitors in any way.
    \nIn the event that HOTEL & SPA YARA has declared the termination of the contract, and the staff indicates that you have the obligation to leave the premises, you are obliged to immediately hand over the objects belonging to HOTEL & SPA YARA (including the access bracelet), to pay the price of the services (if applicable) and to leave the premises immediately, quietly. If you do not comply with the provisions of this paragraph, you agree that the security staff of HOTEL & SPA YARA will lead you to the exit and hand you over to the legal authorities (the security company acting outside the premises or the police as the case may be). If you resist, you expressly agree that HOTEL & SPA YARA's security personnel will use all necessary means, including involuntary handling of you, to lead you to the exit and hand you over to law enforcement. In cases of termination of the contract due to the non-compliance of the obligations by the visitors, the entrance fee paid is not refunded.
    \nIf HOTEL & SPA YARA has declared the termination of the contract, and the staff will indicate that you have the obligation to leave the premises, as well as if you do not pay your obligations at the exit, HOTEL & SPA YARA RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO CONTRACT OTHER CONTRACT WITH YOU AND TO PROHIBIT YOUR ACCESS TO YARA HOTEL & SPA FACILITIES AND PREMISES. In such a case, you will no longer have the right to enter the YARA HOTEL & SPA premises (including the parking lot). In the case of people who will try to enter the premises despite the prohibition of HOTEL & SPA YARA, a report will be made to the police for the applicable crimes.
    \nWhoever illegally enters the property or premises of HOTEL & SPA YARA, does not pay the entrance fee, respectively, attempts to do so or fraudulently uses payment services, will be immediately evicted from the premises, and the relevant police authorities will be notified.\n

    2.9. Non-discrimination policy<\/p>\nHOTEL & SPA YARA does not tolerate discriminatory attitudes or behaviors.
    \nWithin HOTEL & SPA YARA, any kind of discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, social category, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc., or based on any other criterion that has as the purpose or effect of restricting the use or exercise, under conditions of equality, of any legal rights.\n

    2.10. Processing of personal data<\/p>\nHOTEL & SPA YARA, as a personal data operator, processes personal data belonging to customers\/visitors\/partners or other categories of data subjects (including minors), which are obtained directly or indirectly from them, alone or together with partners, agents or service providers, in order to fulfill the purposes according to its processing activities, in accordance with the national and European legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
    \nDetails regarding the processing of personal data are provided by HOTEL & SPA YARA in the "Privacy and Protection of Personal Data Policy", an integral part of these Regulations.\n

    2.11. Exceptions<\/p>\n

    The regulation of internal order and use of swimming pools and attractions is valid for the general use of swimming pools, saunas and other facilities within the HOTEL & SPA YARA premises. In the case of special events, exceptional rules may be applicable, without the need for a special revocation of the Regulation of internal order and use of swimming pools and attractions.<\/p>\n

    2.12. Other<\/p>\n

    Any person who is part of the YARA HOTEL & SPA staff can exercise the rights provided for in this regulation against any visitor. The instructions of the HOTEL & SPA YARA staff must be followed by visitors.<\/p>\n

    2.13. Suggestions and complaints<\/p>\nFor suggestions, requests and complaints you can contact us at contact@hotelyara.ro<\/a> .
    \nThe response period is 30 calendar days from the moment of submission of the complaint or, as the case may be, its receipt by Hotel & SPA YARA.\n
